This is a fantastic opportunity to drive a digger to see if you can get to grips with some very different controls! You'll be set a task, perhaps building a new 4x4 hazard or levelling a road for example, and then see how you fare as a digger driver. It's not quite as easy as it looks! This is surprising fun, and very rewarding too. You may also get to drive a tractor and dump trailer too where you can learn about manoeuvring and reversing with a trailer. Your experience will begin with a safety briefing, a talk about what will happen during your session and a discussion about how to use the digger. Then the group will be taken out to the digger and take turns in having a go. When you are at the controls you will be given tasks to complete and an instructor will be at your side to guide you. You will be given a certificate on completion of this experience and your instructor will give you feedback on how well you did.
