"The Aston Martin V8 Vantage looks like an English Supercar. The bodywork is like the best bespoke tailoring. It fits beautifully and has a graceful muscular look. There are no extravagant spoilers or scoops to spoil the flowing lines. It achieves the difficult balance of beauty and purpose. A surprisingly compact car, the wheelbase and track dimensions give a hunkered down four square stance. It looks the business and more importantly, it delivers it. The Graziano box has a definite mechanical feel – changing gear is much more a shoulder rather than wrist action.
