Indoor climbing is a great sport that people of all shapes, age and fitness levels can enjoy. Climbing walls have sprung up all over the country and with some basic training anyone can enjoy this sport which challenges both mind and body. Extreme Elements 'Discover Indoor Climbing' is a taster session that is run out of leading climbing centres around the country, the sessions last from one and a half to two hours and depending on the centre will also include an abseil, a fan drop or moving on to more advanced climbing techniques. The sessions are run by experienced instructors who will guide you through your first climbing experience and it is a great way to get a feel for the sport.
