Enhance your Japanese cuisine knowledge with a sake-tasting experience at YO! Sushi. After cocktails and a shot of Sochu sake at the bar - the class kicks off with a scrumptious meal, accompanied by different glasses of sake to complement each dish. An expert will be onhand to give you tasting tips and information on spotting flavours and combinations. This sake experience class also features a delicious dessert served with Umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur) and a glass of Kinpaku sake, infused with gold leaf. To finish off, you'll be given a sake flask with cups to take home. Enjoy a fun filled evening and learn something new with this sake-tasting workshop.
