Diving with sharks is guaranteed to make most people think you're either very brave or rather stupid. Your experience will start with some scuba training, which will take between one and two hours, including a full briefing on scuba equipment and techniques followed by a practice session in a swimming pool. Then it's time for your half-hour dive in the aquarium. Shark species will vary between venues, but you might be swimming with sand tiger sharks, lemon sharks, angel sharks or nurse sharks. There will also be other big fish, such as stingrays and conger eels, and shoals of smaller species. You can play with the smaller fish and wave through the glass at visitors to the aquarium, including your spectators, as the sharks swim around you.
