Work up an appetite with a knowledgeable guided tour outside of the Olympic Park before enjoying a delicious three-course meal at Forman's Fine Dining Restaurant. Learn about the construction of the site and the history of the games as you take in superb views of the stadium and other 2012 venues. Move onto Forman's for a lunch of fine smoked and cured salmon; ballotine of barn-reared chicken with air-dried ham and sage jus; and Forman's famous chocolate brownies, all served with complimentary drinks. Founded in 1905, H Forman and Son is Britain's oldest salmon smoker and its reputation is second to none - customers include The Savoy, Dorchester and Fortnum and Mason, and the restaurant hosted the semi-final of Celebrity Masterchef in 2010.
