This experience gives you and three friends the opportunity to develop surfing skills as well as improve strength and condition in core and leg muscles for that perfect beach holiday. Using a man made wave machine powered by four water turbines, a standing wave is created which will help you master indoor wave riding, with a little help from a qualified SurfGSD instructor. This unique opportunity will help you improve core stability and balance as well as improving your consistency and body position when attempting to stand on a board.
