Located in the leafy lanes of the Berkshire countryside, this 16th century Cotswolds retreat is only an hour away from London but feels like a different world. The house has welcomed Tudor monarchs and Regency nobles in its time - a tradition of hospitality that continues to this day. There are few houses that contain such a wealth and variety of history within its walls, but Littlecote House manages it with a magically understated charm. So why not enjoy a delightful champagne afternoon tea at this Tudor treasure. Your afternoon tea includes: a glass of Champagne (choose from Piper Heidsieck or Piper Heidsieck Rosé); Strawberries and cream; a variety of Princess cut sandwiches made with fresh farmhouse white and granary wholemeal breads, all filled with a traditional mix of fillings favoured for afternoon tea; traditional warm scones, your choice of original or sultana, served with Devonshire clotted cream and Tiptree of Essex strawberry preserve and a selection of afternoon cakes and pastries.
