Set in the heart of Robin Hood Country on the edge of glorious and ancient Sherwood Forest, this Grade 1-listed building has had a new lease of life in recent years. The interior of Thoresby Hall is a sheer delight. Entering beneath the stunning central tower, a wide staircase takes you to the Great Hall. Explore further and the adjoining staterooms inspire just as much awe. Enjoying champagne afternoon tea at Thoresby Hall will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Your afternoon tea includes: a glass of Champagne (choose from Piper Heidsieck or Piper Heidsieck Rosé); Strawberries and cream; a variety of Princess cut sandwiches made with fresh farmhouse white and granary wholemeal breads, all filled with a traditional mix of fillings favoured for afternoon tea; traditional warm scones, your choice of original or sultana, served with Devonshire clotted cream and Tiptree of Essex strawberry preserve and a selection of afternoon cakes and pastries.
