If you want to get fit, have a toned body and have fun in the process, this belly dancing session is perfect for you! Grab a friend and enter the vibrant world of exotic dancing. Belly dancing is of Middle Eastern and North African origin, combining several forms of the dance including Arabic, Egyptian, Middle Eastern, Raqs Sharki,and Turkish dancing. Your professional instructor will introduce you to the basics of the dance in a fun and relaxed enviromment which is for women only. This is a non-impact, weight baring exercise programme making it suitable for any women to participate. If you both enjoy this session as much as we think you will, you can purchase and book further classes on the day. Locations typically include community centre halls.
