A typical Zumba dance session will include a fun and energetic work out to music with fast and slow rhythms and uses resistance training routines for imporved fitness. With easy to follow and varied dance steps, Zumba is a great cardiovascular activity. Your trained instructor will take you through the basics and ensure that the session covers all levels of ability, from novice to budding professionals! Typically these sessions take place in local halls and community centres. And if you get the Zumba bug, you will be able to book further sessions on the day.
