If you are looking to gain professional advice on how to get fit, or want to kick start your exercise routine, this expereince is prefect for you. You'll enjoy a one hour personal training session, followed by use of the other lesiure centre facilities available. On arrival you will be greeted by your Personal Trainer who will escort you to the gym and start off by discussing your fitness goals. After some light stretching and a warm up, your trainer will take you through your workout. This will be specific to your body’s requirements, your likes and dislikes, so you'll have the overriding input into the detail of the activity. This in turn will promote a sense of ownership, leading to regular use of the programme beyond your first session. This voucher also entitles you to enjoy the adjoining leisure facilities for the rest of the day. Exact facilities vary by club and may include swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.
