Enjoy three indulgent treatments that will destress, refresh and leave you feeling fabulous. You are also entitled to use the health club's leisure and fitness facilities to truly make a day of it. First, your Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage will relax your aching muscles and alleviate any muscle knots you may have. This is followed by an Elemis Pick Me Up Facial, perfect as an instant pick me-up and an excellent pre-make up facial for that special occasion. Complete the experience with a Leighton Denny Custom manicure, the ultimate speedy treat for the 'best dressed hands and nails'. On arrival you will meet with one of the health club's receptionists who will confirm the time of your treatments, where they take place and the facilities on offer. You will have full access to the club's facilities including an extensive air conditioned gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, and classes including Tai Chi, Pilates, Boxercise, aerobics etc. (subject to availability). Your treatments will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
