Get an introduction into the exiting world of body boarding, which involves lying down on a flow board whilst shifting body weight to control movements on what's known as a 'sheet wave'. Begin by collecting a wet suit and specially designed flow board, before receiving a full safety briefing. Spend the next hour taking turns practising on the flow rider to perfect your skills. Ideal for any budding aquatic adventurer!
