Get involved in the latest aquatic craze taking the globe by storm. You don't have to be a daredevil to enjoy this sport - standing on a wide board, whilst propelling yourself through the water with a paddle, this fun activity promotes strength, balance and core fitness. You'll be shown all fundamental techniques by a fully qualified instructor, using both sit down surf skis and stand up paddle boards. The session begins on the Hove Lagoon and if the conditions are appropriate, you'll move onto open water to catch some surf.
